Based just outside Leamington Spa, West Midlands, I offer both in-person and online sessions, creating a safe and nurturing space for healing. My approach blends NLP for children, BWRT, and Reiki therapy, offering a unique combination of therapeutic and holistic support to gently guide your teen—and your family—toward greater emotional well-being.

With a deep understanding of childhood anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and neurodiversity , I focus on helping young people feel safe, understood, and more at ease with their emotions. At the same time, I support parents in developing a deeper sense of confidence and clarity, so they can lovingly guide their child through life’s challenges.

Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT)

BWRT is not about offering advice or simply talking things through—it is a structured, neuroscience-based approach designed to create lasting change by addressing issues within the framework of Psychopathology.

This powerful therapy is highly effective for anxiety, phobias, PTSD, and more, producing rapid and meaningful results for both young people and adults.

During a BWRT session, the client takes full responsibility for reshaping their response to challenges, with the therapist acting as a facilitator of change. By guiding the brain to create new neural pathways, BWRT helps bypass old, unhelpful responses. The only requirement is the ability to visualise  images and recall memories, or the feeling around them.

BWRT is particularly effective for teens, young adults, and the caregivers who support them, offering a transformative approach to emotional well-being.

NLP for children, young people and their grown ups 

NLP is a powerful approach that explores the deep connection between our thoughts, language, and behaviors, shaping the way we experience the world.

By integrating my passion for a child’s right to play, I use NLP techniques to uncover and understand the emotions stored in a young person’s subconscious mind. This is achieved through engaging, hands-on methods such as sand trays, clay work, LEGO, art, Picture Tapping, perceptual positioning, and timeline therapy.

This approach is highly effective across all age groups and can seamlessly complement other therapeutic modalities, creating a holistic and deeply supportive experience.
